Senior Attorney (Real Estate) Opportunity - Austin, TX
Our client is a Full-Service Business Law Firm located in Austin, TX, that focuses primarily on corporate, real estate, and commercial issues. The firm is expanding and seeking a talented Senior Real Estate Attorney to join its tight-knit, rapidly growing team in Austin.
The ideal candidate will be a highly Experienced Real Estate Attorney who knows the market well, wants to bill hours, and gets paid well to do it! The firm is looking for an individual who has aspirations of growing with the firm, building out and taking over the Real Estate Division, and being put on a path toward Partnership!!!.
Details:
- Base Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 origination fees bonus for billables
- Health Insurance: 100% covered by the firm for a basic plan, with additional add-ons
- Vision & Dental offered
- 401k w/match (eligible at 1 year of employment)
- PTO: 15 days first year, 16 days second year, up to maximum of 20 days plus most U.S. Holidays off
- Path Toward Partnership!!!
Qualifications:
- Licensed in Texas
- 3-10 years Experience
- Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Corporate Litigation/Contract Disputes, Landlord/Tenant, Real Estate, Labor & Employment, and/or Trademarks
