Senior Personal Injury Attorney – Onsite
Locations: Milwaukee, WI Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA, Phoenix, AZ, Boca Raton, FL (Firm has offices nationwide)
Our client, a nationally recognized law firm with a proven track record of securing over $1 billion for clients, is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Phoenix, or Boca Raton. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced litigator to take on high-stakes cases in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents (MVA), wrongful death, and bad faith claims
- Lead case strategy and oversee litigation efforts from inception to resolution
- Work collaboratively with a team of skilled attorneys and support staff
- Contribute to business development and case origination
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 Attorney Fees
- Retirement: 401(k) with employer match

Requirements:
- Minimum of three first-chair trials in personal injury litigation
- Proven experience handling high-stakes personal injury cases
