We're looking for a professional who brings strong organizational skills, QuickBooks experience, and a desire to contribute to the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management Duties:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls; greet visitors
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees
- Handle HR tasks such as benefits enrollment and maintaining personnel records
- Communicate with vendors and negotiate contracts
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Bookkeeping Duties:
- Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Process payroll and ensure timely payments
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare basic financial reports
- Maintain general ledger and journal entries
- Work with external accountants or CPAs for tax preparation and audits
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or bookkeeping
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
