Unique Litigation Associate opportunity with a well-rounded, down-to-earth law firm and great Managing Partner mentorship. Our client is looking to add 2 Associates with anywhere from 2-7 years of experience to join their prominent (most known for) healthcare litigation practice. Will look at individuals without healthcare litigation experience who have a solid litigation background in general. Great opportunity to get your foot in the door and break into healthcare without having the experience! This is a defense firm with work/life balance and opportunity for partnership.
Additional:
- Must be barred in NJ
- Excellent legal research, investigation, writing, and verbal skills are also required
- Previous experience preparing and responding to initial pleadings, motions to dismiss, demands, discovery, motions for summary judgment, and other trial-related court filings
- Deposition experience
- Courtroom experience
