Position Overview: The Marketing Campaign Manager will be a pivotal member of the TCI Transportation marketing team, driving the strategy and execution of lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing lead generation strategies to fuel business growth and designing integrated campaigns that engage target audiences and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on driving high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define target audience personas and refine lead scoring criteria.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on lead funnel performance, providing actionable insights to optimize conversion rates.
- Campaign Management:
- Design, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, PPC, and direct mail.
- Oversee the development of creative assets, ensuring consistency with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to ensure timely campaign execution and alignment with business goals.
- Marketing Automation and CRM Management:
- Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Salesforce) to build and execute automated campaigns.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoffs and effective communication through the CRM system.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights to inform future strategies.
- Content Development:
- Partner with Marketing Manager to produce engaging and relevant content for campaigns, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.
- Ensure all campaign content is optimized for SEO and aligned with lead generation goals.
- Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on campaign spending, providing transparency and accountability.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with the broader marketing team, sales leadership, and external agencies to align efforts and ensure campaign success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign management.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo).
