Maintenance Sales and Design Associate

Job Overview
TDH Landscaping, LLC, is a family-owned and professionally operated full-service landscape maintenance, design and build company, operating out of Northen Baltimore County, Maryland. Founded in 1965, we have over 50 years of experience providing quality landscaping services for both residential and commercial properties. We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Sales Associate to join our expanding Sales team.

What you will do as a Landscape Maintenance Sales Associate:

* Provide excellent customer service.
* Determine customer needs and requests by inspecting the site, reviewing customer ideas, discussing budge considerations, and defining objectives.
* Estimate and propose enhancement work and reviewing proposals and cost estimates with customer.
* Seek new opportunities in areas we are currently servicing by developing new customer base, obtaining leads from calls, existing clients and solicit new leads from outside sources.
*Estimate and sell the installation of maintenance projects from intial consultation to completion.
*Salary plus Commission
*Eligible for year-end bonus based on performance
*During busy season (spring and fall)--occasional Saturday work

What You Will Bring:

* Great customer service skills and communication skills.
*Two-Three years minimum landscape experience.
*Two-Three years of sales experience preferred.
*Proficient in computer/technology skills with a willingness to grow.
*Ability to create project estimates for customer, estimating system experience preferred.
*Excellent problem-solving skills
*Energetic, organized and motivated
*Valid driver's license and clean driving record
*Speaking Spanish is a plus but not required
*Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs to the customer and set appointments with potential customers.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree or at least two years of experience with green industry sales. Must have horticultural experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
