Job Summary
Reporting to the Account Director, the Project Management Lead is accountable for the successful provision of capital project management services to the U niversity. This role ensures that we meet our obligations to deliver the overall planning and coordination of assigned projections from inception to completion to ensure their completion safely, on-time, within authorized cost and to required quality standards. This role is also our primary accountable manager to support capital planning, approvals, risk management and prioritization.

Essential Duties
Manages a team of Projects Managers
- Responsible for quality projects being built on time and within budget. Ensure scope changes are processed and incorporated into the current scope of work in a timely manner.
- Reviews various reports to determine project status and determine actions required. Provides periodic status and end of contract cost and budget analysis.
Conducts weekly meetings with the Field Leadership team. Consistently meets with with the both the customer to manage the priority of tool installations within the schedule.
Continually maintains the Project Status Log.
Minimum Requirements
Industrial plant and process operations.
Manufacturing facility.
Higher Education experience is a plus.
