Role Description - Brief Summary of Team Member's Role
This role is responsible for taking EXTREME OWNERSHIP of all project management duties, including, but not limited to:
- Optimize the Project for Timely and Quality Completion,
- Lead Superintendents, and
- Meaningfully Engage Subcontractors.

They drive results and are responsible for taking a project all the way from a piece of dirt to a beautiful, move-in ready home.

- Take full ownership of and responsibility for all aspects of assigned projects.
- Optimize the Project for Timely and Quality Completion
- Proactively manage subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
- Coordinate subcontractor needs (material, instruction, etc...) to keep them on-site and efficient.
- Coordinate work in the field in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Provide ongoing quality-assurance (QA) oversight and perform routine BuilderTrend QA checklists.
- Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety and/or quality standards and take prompt corrective action.
- Ensure subcontractors correct all deficiencies identified.
- Coordinate timely inspections with building departments and take prompt corrective action as needed.
- Identify conflicts in the project’s progress.
- Promptly and proactively resolve any conflicts.
- Maintain accurate construction schedules, to-dos, and files in BuilderTrend.
- Perform all duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
- Verify in/complete deliveries with Superintendents and promptly coordinate replacement of missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Minimize theft/breakage by coordinating with Superintendents the prompt removal/return/disposal of excess material.
- Meaningfully engage:
- Learn names, background, history of superintendents and subcontractors and build relationships with them.
- Lead superintendents by delegating to, supervising, and equipping them.
- Provide feedback every week on your morale, stress, and workload using the EntreLeadership weekly report tool.
- Other duties as assigned.
Expectations - Achieving the Results. The Goals and Metrics for Which the Team Member is Held Accountable.
- Project duration is less than 120 days from footer inspection to building final inspection.
- Huddle with field crew twice weekly to provide guidance for Superintendents' project updates and recommended scheduling actions.
- Perform assigned BuilderTrend tasks or adjust schedule within 2 days of due date.
- Do not leave tasks pending indefinitely.
- BuilderTrend Schedule accurate and updated EVERY week by end of day Friday
- BuilderTrend To-Do's accurate and updated EVERY week by end of day Friday
- 100% of inspection failures (building and QA) added to future QA inspections and/or the trade standards manual to prevent similar recurring issues.
- Team Huddles are also expected to provide insight and training to the team regarding previous weeks failed inspections to ensure that standards are tight.
- Thoroughly examine each project at designated check-ins (pre-framing and building final inspections) to ensure progress, QA, cleanliness, and safety.
- Perform “Daily” Logs in Buildertrend at each jobsite on every visit.
- Complete company "Check Your Face" feedback weekly
First 90 Day Expectations

Schedule:
- Full Time (45 /- hours)
- 8 hour shift (extra hours as required)
- Monday to Friday (extra hours as required)
