Parts Specialist
Gap, PA
- Manage parts inventory and perform all tasks within the department when needed. Potential opportunity for managing our parts department, including supervising department employees for the right person
- Work for a privately owned company where you are a valued teammate, and there are growth opportunities for those eager to develop their skills
- Speak with our customers and Service Techs in person and on the phone to determine what part they need for their equipment
- Ask questions and request photos of the piece to make sure you have a clear understanding of which part they need
- Identify the make / model number of the equipment that needs service and the correct part number
- Research which vendor will have a new or aftermarket part available and assess pricing and shipping times
- Order parts and correctly document all information in our EBMS software
- Provide accurate invoicesto customers directly from our accounting / inventory system
- Maintain an accurate parts inventory and monitor parts shipping and receiving
- Enjoy a Monday through Friday work schedule - no evenings or weekends required
