Qualifications that Set You Apart :
Active state nursing license.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.

Jump right into comprehensive health assessments, expertly diagnosing and treating complex illnesses
Master therapeutic interventions, from minor procedures to skillful splinting and suturing to adept wound care.
Embrace and apply sharp critical thinking skills, positioned alongside evidence-based standards of practice
Craft and record precise and detailed documentation of patient encounters
Analyze test data with precision and accuracy, guiding diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up arrangements
Enlighten patients and families on acute illness treatment and holistic health management
Navigate challenging conversations about end-of-life issues and care goals with grace and sensitivity
Demonstrate smooth communication with patients, families, medical power of attorney, primary care providers, and all involved in patient care
Be proactive and productive with identifying and solving problems while adhering to clinical and safety standards

Cultivate positive relationships with DHMT (District Health Management Teams) partners and remote teams, actively participating in training sessions and clinical team meetings
