About Us:
We are a dynamic printing and apparel company specializing in screen printing, Direct to Film, heat press, embroidery, vinyl wrapping, and custom stickers. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an organized and proactive Inventory and Purchasing Coordinator to join us. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations by managing inventory, receiving and outgoing shipments, and handling all purchasing responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage all inventory, ensuring stock levels are optimized and accurate.
- Receive incoming materials, inspect for quality and accuracy, and update inventory records.
- Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Place and track orders for raw materials, supplies, and other inventory needs.
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate pricing, resolve order discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure consistency between physical counts and inventory records.
- Monitor production schedules and collaborate with the team to anticipate inventory needs.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace for all inventory and shipping activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in inventory management, purchasing, or a similar role (experience in printing/apparel is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software or systems (or the ability to learn quickly).
- Excellent communication skills to work with vendors, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed for receiving and shipping tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize data mining techniques to analyze inventory trends and forecast demand.
- Collaborate with suppliers to manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Assist in demand planning by analyzing sales data and market trends.
- Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring efficient materials handling.
- Support production planning by providing accurate inventory data to relevant teams.
- Maintain an organized inventory database, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management to enhance operational efficiency.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
