Job Summary:

The Payroll Administrator will collaborate with the Human Resource Manager to oversee the daily operations of LINX Payroll and Human Resource Administration functions. This role includes ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee records, supporting HR activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The individual will contribute to the smooth and efficient management of payroll-related tasks and HR functions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Payroll - All aspects of Bi-Weekly and Weekly Payroll Input, including changes, garnishments, proper retention of backup for all changes, etc.
  • Knowledgeable with Union payrolls
  • ADP WorkforceNow Experience
  • Prevailing Wage Experience
  • Knowledge of Federal and State wage and hour laws
  • Knowledge of processing garnishments and child support orders
  • Verification of Employment Requests
  • Work closely with HR Staff and Division Leaders towards continuous process improvements on all payroll functions.
  • Other Payroll and administrative functions that may be necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-year payroll entry experience, ADP payroll system.
  • Minimum 1-year general Human Resource knowledge.
  • Proficient in Excel

  • Trustworthy and reliable (ability to handle confidential information)

Pay Rate:

$22.00 - $27.00/hr
