Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: North Fulton and Atlanta Territories Company: Revere Construction and Roofing Type: Full-Time Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at RCR. This role is pivotal in sales, managing flooring and specialty products purchasing, ensuring that our projects run smoothly and meet our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
      •     Oversee the procurement of flooring and specialty products for ongoing construction projects.
      •     Develop and maintain strong relationships with Customers, vendors and suppliers.
      •     Identify and onboard new vendors to enhance our product offerings.
      •     Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
      •     Utilize strong sales skills to negotiate contracts with customer and pricing with suppliers.
      •     Monitor inventory levels and manage product orders to optimize project timelines.
      •     Provide support in project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
Qualifications:
      •     Proven experience in project coordination, specifically in Sales, flooring and specialty products purchasing.
      •     Strong sales acumen with the ability to build and maintain Customer and Vendor relationships.
      •     Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
      •     Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
      •     Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
      •     A background in construction is preferred.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
