Job description
-Conceptualize and create processes which can be scaled and at the same time customizable per business needs.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experiences while reducing operational fulfillment errors and costs.
-Lead a team of 3 to ensure webstore creation and accuracy, order processing, inventory replenishment, and client communication
-Cross functional collaboration with warehouse teams, sales, and accounting in order to successfully meet business needs
-Support the inventory control processes to maintain accuracy and in stock disposition to satisfy customer demand
-Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to build new processes and methodologies
Qualifications:
- 3 years of program or Ecommerce experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven supervisory and management experience
- Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently independently
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building processes, project management
- Experience with E-Commerce platforms such as - Shopify, OMG, or other webstore platforms
