Location: Winfield, IL Area
Status: 100% Onsite first 90 days after that - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Compensation range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and optimizing SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI applications to support business decisions.
- Enhancing custom applications through technical assessments and innovative programming solutions.
- Ensuring application stability and implementing proactive monitoring and prevention strategies.
- Delivering high-quality, bug-free applications by leading rigorous testing processes.
- Enhancing user adoption and training to ensure effective utilization of reporting tools.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years in IT system and support
- 3 years of analysis and reporting using Power BI
- Proficient with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric/Synapse, and Python or Spark.
- Experienced in Microsoft Azure ecosystems, including Azure Data Factory and DevOps.
- Background in IT systems support with a strong understanding of data handling and web security.
- A collaborative team player, curious, and eager to engage in continuous learning.
