We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. Key Responsibilities :

• Proposal Follow-Up : Ensure timely and effective follow-up on all pending proposals to streamline the sales process.
• Prospect Engagement : Maintain proactive communication with potential prospects through personalized outreach.
• Networking : Represent TeamLogic IT at industry networking events to build and nurture valuable relationships.
• Client Visits : Travel to prospective client locations to deliver marketing materials and professionally represent our brand.
• Pipeline Management : Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to prioritize opportunities effectively.
• Appointment Setting : Generate and schedule appointments with potential clients to facilitate business growth.
• Proposal Generation : Assist in crafting compelling and tailored sales proposals to meet client needs.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a sales support or business development role, ideally within a similar industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in both independent and team-based environments.
• Willingness to travel and engage with clients directly.
