Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Familiarity with basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Computer literacy with a fast typing speed
