Job Description:
· Work stream owner to lead data consolidation, data cleansing, data governance, and data portability in support of integration, restore/backup, interoperability, CMS HIPAA compliance
· Care Case Management requirements gathering, documentation, and gap analysis for vendor products and modernization requirements AND coordinating of meetings, artifacts, and communication in support of workstream lead
· OCM/Process Re-Design/Communication Lead – analysis and redesign of process in conjunction with technology enhancements, structure communication and change management leader with experience motivating through action and words digital adoption, process redesign, and internal and public communication
Job Type: Contract
