Job Description: Onsite Program Management (Oracle EBS)
- Overall, 18 to 20 years of Total IT experience & 7 years of Oracle EBS Project/Program management
- Experience managing large transformation projects that involve - migrating from Non-Oracle ERP to Oracle R12 EBS
- Worked as Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle R12 EB
- Identifying potential risks to current and future projects, and working in collaboration with ASDM, Account manager, and Customer leadership teams
- Able to drive through weekly status reports and meetings with customer stakeholders on the Program/Project Delivery Status
- Coordinate/Communicate with Internal teams to ensure project quality metrics are tracked & reported
- Resource management including PMs and resources
- Work with PMO & Competency teams in planning on resource allocations & releases
- Work with Recruitment teams in planning on new resources hiring and onboarding
