What Will You Do?
As the Part Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for quality inspection and improvement activities for supplier parts, ensuring compliance with international standards. You will analyze new vehicle project parts, conduct inspections, and drive continuous quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Inspection:
- Execute inspections as per the operational plan to ensure part quality meets specifications.
- Conduct field claim analysis, supplier management, and part inspections.
Quality Improvement:
- Identify and analyze the root causes of part issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and participate in quality meetings to drive improvement initiatives.
Facility & Equipment Management:
- Manage quality inspection facilities and equipment.
- Oversee investment cost execution and supplementary investment planning.
External Coordination:
- Prepare, consult, and coordinate external events related to quality initiatives.
New Vehicle Projects:
- Participate in new vehicle projects, ensuring thorough preparation for inspections.
- Establish quality assurance plans and respond to evaluation requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Monitor vehicle faults and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with reference standards and applicable legal requirements.
- Plan, control, and track corrective actions for quality non-conformities identified in audits.
- Develop reports and provide feedback to improve management systems through technical support.
- Manage certification processes, ensuring compliance with market demands.
- Troubleshoot issues and generate detailed reports.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.

What You Will Bring to the Role:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to understand drawings and specifications related to Interior & Exterior, Power Electric & Chassis, and Electrical systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control for automotive supplier parts.
- In-depth understanding of quality management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
