What are the responsibilities and job description for the 14G10 Air Defense Battle Management System Operator Instructor position at Tec-Masters, Inc.?
Contingent upon contract award, TecMaster’s Inc. requires 14G10 Air Defense Battle Management System Operator instructors to support the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), 30th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, Fort Sill, OK.
Personnel must be a graduate of the 14G MOS qualified course, have at a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the 14G ADA MOS and possess a SECRET security clearance at the time of hiring.
Personnel must provide proof of the Certificate of Completion from any qualified ADA MOS course within 14 days of award. Proof of ADA qualifications can be substantiated by any combination of the following:
- DD Form 214
- Enlisted Records Brief (ERB)/Warrant/Officer Records Brief
- Certificate of Completion (ADA MOS Qualified)
Personnel Will:
Follow the approved Programs of Instruction (POI) and prepare to teach to standard the contents of each lesson plan subject. Follow instructional techniques and procedures specified school policies, SOP’s and school memoranda.
Be able to integrate with current and future ADA systems.
Perform duties and control the training environment in a professional and competent manner.
Be certified on the system and subsystems of the Air Defense Control System specific to their duties.
Conduct training on subjects covering all the components of the Divisional Air Defense (DivAD) which includes Forward Area Air Defense (FAAD) Engagement Operations (EO), Air and Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS), Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS), and Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI).
Instruct on characteristics, capabilities, operational functions, power up/down, fault recognition, and troubleshooting.
Be able to instruct all subjects related to the operations of the 14G MOS.
Use prescribed texts, student outlines, advance sheets, worksheets, technical and field manuals, schematics, logic diagrams, and miscellaneous publications in preparation and conduct of ADA 14G Instructor duties.
Ensure training products encompass the full scope of operations at systems, subsystem and component level for such units found within the Missile System power requirements, general system electronics, maintenance and repair concept and troubleshooting procedures.
Administer examinations, evaluate test results, correlate test results of the student ability and provide recommendations to academic deficiency panels on changes and student status. #ZR
