Topsarge Business Solutions is seeking a mission-ready Senior Instructor Site Lead to oversee and deliver instruction for the 14G10 Air Defense Battle Management System Operator course at the U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), Fort Sill, OK. This position leads a team of nine instructors and serves as the on-site point of contact with Government representatives, managing daily instruction, instructor readiness, and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the Project Lead and principal liaison with the Government, including the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

Supervise and support a team of 14G instructors to ensure consistent delivery of Advanced Individual Training (AIT) for the Air Defense Battle Management System (14G MOS).

Deliver instruction IAW Army-approved Programs of Instruction (POIs), ensuring quality and adherence to TRADOC training standards.

Monitor instructor certification and training compliance, coordinating with FCoE to maintain readiness.

Support training on AMD systems, including Sentinel Radar, FAAD, AMDPCS, TAIS, ADSI, and related C4I platforms.

Conduct classroom, field, and simulation-based training with professionalism and technical accuracy.

Lead updates and reviews of lesson plans and instructional materials in accordance with TRADOC 350-70 and the Army Learning Model.

Maintain instructor evaluation standards using Fort Sill Form 12.

Submit recurring deliverables and reports, including weekly staffing updates, training certifications, and quality control documentation.
Required Qualifications:

Graduate of a 14G ADA MOS course.

Minimum of five (5) years of operational experience in the 14G ADA career field.

Active or interim SECRET security clearance.

Experience managing teams in military training or instructor settings.

Strong knowledge of Air and Missile Defense (AMD) systems, tactical network operations, and C4I integration.

Must complete Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC), ASIST, and 14G10 Instructor Certification within 90 days of start (Government-provided training).

Proficiency in instructional techniques and training management processes aligned with the Systems Approach to Training (SAT).
This position is considered mission-essential and may require alternate shifts or schedule adjustments to support night training or surge support. Veterans, retired NCOs, and qualified ADA professionals are encouraged to apply.
