Summary of Business Process Consultant Scope of Work
Responsibilities:
Key tasks include:
- Deliverable Preparation: Create various process models, gap analyses, IT solution requirements, test cases, user stories, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure deliverables comply with OATS policies and procedures.
- Communication & Facilitation: Conduct and document meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Conflict Resolution: Address team conflicts and improve communication.
- Quality Assurance: Review and obtain approval for deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of IT business/industry experience.
- 7 years of business analysis on IT projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Agile, and DevOps.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business process re-engineering, cost-benefit analysis, and technical documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Deliverables & Reporting:
- Weekly Reports: Status and time-tracking reports.
- Technical Documentation: Compliance with OATS policies and knowledge transfer materials.
- Other Required Documentation: As specified by the Contract Manager.
