The selected candidate, must perform the following tasks as assigned by the Department’s Contract Manager and described in the list below:

VIII. Data Flow Diagrams
IX. User Stories
X. Acceptance Criteria
XI. Business Cases
XII. Test Plans
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
a. Minimum Qualifications:
1) Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with Department staff at various levels;
2) A minimum of ten (10) years of IT business/industry work experience;
3) A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in performing business analyses on IT projects;
4) A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing large, software development programs/projects;
5) Experience creating process model diagrams;
6) Experience translating business requirements into use cases/user stories and acceptance criteria.
b. Preferred Experience:
1) Skills and experience in conducting meetings with individuals and groups of people to discuss business processes. The people involved may be at the manager level or end user level. People may be business-oriented or technical (IT) staff. The candidate will be expected to be the lead in all meetings and discussions related to their analysis. Experience with Joint Application Development (JAD) techniques is beneficial.

c. Educational qualifications meeting at least one of the following levels:
1) A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field;
2) Equivalent work ex
