Administrative Assistant (Electric Distribution)

Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will support Electric Distribution Schedulers by preparing work packets, coordinating site checks, managing customer communications, and updating field employees’ schedules. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining workflow and ensuring that administrative operations are efficiently executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and print work packets for distribution schedulers.
- Coordinate and update site checks and schedule changes.
- Communicate with customers regarding gas line appointments and updates.
- Process Frost Law permits and manage municipal requests.
- Update order statuses and track progress in data systems.
- Provide administrative support for site check coordination and customer engagement.
Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to new tasks and systems quickly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP Front/Back Office.
- Knowledge of plotter and scanner operation.
