Production Operator/Manufacturing Operator

Job Title: Operator I
Location: Irvine, CA 92614
Duration: 8 Months
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, inspect, and test pacemakers, implantable defibrillators (ICDs), and related medical devices.
• Follow written procedures, safety guidelines, and quality control standards.
• Accurately document production processes and ensure traceability.
• Work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict dress code and hygiene requirements.
• Maintain a positive attitude while collaborating with teams and management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small components.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing or medical device experience preferred but not required.

Work Environment & Dress Code:

• Employees must wear non-shedding clothing with no loose fibers, tassels, or sequins.
• No makeup, nail polish, or jewelry allowed in production areas.
• Closed-toe shoes with socks are required; high heels, sandals, and open-back shoes are prohibited.
• Personal hygiene products must be unscented (deodorant allowed).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
