Are you an organized administrative professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for marketing? TECHNE, a leading architecture firm in San Diego, is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Marketing position to support our dynamic team!


Your Role:

In this position, you will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including:

  • Basic accounting; assisting in data entry, answering simple invoice questions from clients and drafting invoices using simple math formula
  • Supporting the team as needed
  • Coordinating and making Team Events a little bit "extra special" for everyone
  • Organizing the office and maintaining records
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the Principal
  • Managing the Principal's calendar
  • Running errands to support the team


Who We're Looking For

We seek someone with:

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Tech Savvy
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • A passion for marketing and communication
  • A reliable car and active driver's license

And someone who is:

  • an ideal candidate seeking a stable, long term position as an admin
  • not focused on vertical growth, the role offers significant company incentives with a possibility of becoming a full time role.
