Overview
We are seeking a Quality Lab Technician to support consumer research, product testing, and data analysis. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for quality assurance. The technician will be responsible for sample preparation, consumer study execution, and data management. This full-time position requires on-site presence at least three days per week, with flexibility for remote work up to two days per week, depending on workload.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit product samples for lab testing and evaluation.
- Conduct in-person consumer studies, ensuring proper execution and data accuracy.
- Organize and manage test results and large data sets in Excel.
- Monitor product quality and report findings to leadership.
- Assist in analyzing consumer insights and test results to improve product performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with testing protocols.
Qualifications

Essential Functions
- Fieldwork required – must be comfortable setting up and conducting consumer studies.
- Ability to lift and transport testing materials as needed.
- Must be capable of walking throughout a research/testing facility for study execution.
