What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budget Analytics Change Manager position at Technical Intelligence Solutions, LLC?
As a key member of our Department of Defense (DoD) financial management team, you will play a vital role in enhancing and optimizing financial processes, leveraging your expertise in SAP-FM, Qlik, Oracle, and Power BI.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their financial management needs, generate product roadmaps, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the development team to translate requirements into actionable products, analyze financial data, and create visually compelling reports and dashboards.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of dashboards and analytics tools, providing leadership and guidance to developers while offering support to end-users.
- Assist in developing strategies, create PowerPoint presentations, and facilitate meetings to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Analyze current financial applications, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Plan, develop, and implement a robust Change Management strategy to drive user adoption of analytic tools and ensure alignment with community requirements.
- Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions to support tool adoption and usage.
- Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives across analytical products and portfolios.
Measures of Success:
- Deliver an effective Change Management strategy to boost the adoption of Advana tools and improve engagement with the Comptroller Program/Budget directorates and the broader DoD FM community.
- Collaborate with the Product Lead and development team to update and deliver new capabilities for the Program/Budget office and DoD FM community.
- Reduce manual workloads within the DoD FM workforce by increasing Advana utilization.
- Successfully lead weekly meetings, office hours, ad-hoc demonstrations, and training sessions, relieving workload pressure for the Product Lead and government Product Owner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in DoD Financial Management, within DoD Headquarters or Components.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work onsite at least 1 day per week (Pentagon & McLean, VA).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI is a significant plus.
- CSM, PMP, or other project management certifications are preferred.
- Recent DoD experience, especially in Financial Management.
- Experience working in an AWS environment.
Clearance: Secret clearance is required.
