Job Description
- Provides general contract administration support.
- Reviews, processes and tracks time-sensitive information for contracts and proposals.
- Maintains corporate contract and proposal files, including e-copies.
- Maintains and distributes reports on contracts and proposal activities and funding/costs.
- Assists Business Development and other Contracts staff in review, retrieval, and tracking of RFP material. from SAM and distributes to corporate staff.
- Assists with coordinating proposal efforts with partners (subcontractors/consultants
- Assists in requesting/processing contract authorizations from clients (e.g., for travel).
- Prepares property reports for government procured equipment items.
- Requests proposal debriefings and disseminates information.
- Reviews and assists with drafting amendments for consulting agreements, subcontracts and with teaming agreements and subcontracting plans.
- Prepares task order budget drafts, monitors approvals, and reviews task orders for accuracy.
- Prepares reports of consultant and subcontract expenditures to ensure compliance with approved amounts.
- In conjunction with Accounting, performs opening, closing, and revision, of project/task numbers.
- Reviews invoices from subcontractors and consultants.
- Opens/closes project/task numbers for charging purposes (in concert with Accounting and project managers)
- Assists with preparation and submission of miscellaneous administrative deliverables and reports.
- Knowledge of Costpoint (Deltek) preferred.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience working in a Government contract environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and set priorities to meet task deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary : $79,000 - $100,000
