About the Job
Job Summary : The Legal Counsel III will provide comprehensive legal support, advice, and expertise to the organization. This role ensures legal compliance, participates in negotiations, handles claims and disputes, supports and manages litigation, prepares and validates corporate documents, and supports project legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Legal Support, Advice, and Expertise :
Offer legal guidance to various departments within the organization.
Monitor and ensure the organizations compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Assist in negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Manage and resolve legal claims and disputes.
Oversee and manage litigation matters.
Draft, review, and validate corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
Provide legal support for one or more projects within the organization.
