About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Veeva Promomats Change Consultant & Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing changes without disrupting day-to-day business operations, enhancing the ability to meet business objectives through continuous improvement, and reducing risks associated with change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Implementation: Lead the implementation of changes in Veeva Promomats, ensuring minimal disruption to daily business operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance the organization’s ability to meet business objectives by identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with changes to ensure smooth transitions and maintain operational stability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure changes are aligned with business goals and standards.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team, ensuring best practices are followed in all change initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure all changes comply with GxP regulations and software validation requirements, maintaining high standards of quality and regulatory adherence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Veeva Promomats implementation and change management.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
- In-depth knowledge of GxP compliance and software validation processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
