Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing for IT hardware, software, and internal supply requests.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and manage supplier performance to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, client relations, and projects to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Update and manage company assets via physical inventory and asset management software to maintain accurate asset assignments for employee equipment.
- Maintain inventory levels of IT equipment, software licenses, and other assets to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements to make informed purchasing decisions.
