Position Overview
Technology Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Practice Director. This hybrid role combines executive-level administrative support with project coordination responsibilities, serving as the vital link between the Practice Director and staff while ensuring smooth operational flow within the practice.
Work Arrangements
- Hybrid position with in-office presence required on Wednesdays
- Additional in-office days as needed for client meetings
- Remote work available for remaining business days
Core Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the Practice Director and staff, clients, and stakeholders
- Manage the Practice Director's calendar with strategic prioritization of sensitive matters and time-critical appointments
- Handle correspondence triage and clerical tasks, allowing the Practice Director to focus on strategic decision-making
- Draft and edit professional communications on behalf of the Practice Director, including emails, memos, and reports
- Maintain meticulous corporate records, documents, and reports
- Coordinate, attend, document, and track action items for all Practice Director meetings
- Organize meetings including scheduling, reminders, and catering arrangements when necessary
- Process expense reports and perform basic accounting duties
- Greet and direct visitors professionally
- Arrange travel logistics and itineraries
- Support junior project coordination activities as needed
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with emphasis on Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Google Workspace applications
- Ability to prepare and format professional presentations
- Comfort with learning new software platforms as needed
