Overview:
Seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst with a strong technical background in databases and a deep understanding of Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and manufacturing functional modules. The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional ERP expert with a passion for process optimization and data-driven solutions act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT development team, ensuring seamless ERP functionality, process improvements, and system maintenance and enhancements.
Role:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document ERP requirements for O2C, P2P, and manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical and functional expertise to support ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Work with SQL databases to extract, analyze, and validate data for reporting and decision-making.
- Develop queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support ERP integrations and data migrations.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide resolution by working with cross-functional teams and ERP vendors.
- Configure ERP modules and support system customizations to meet business needs.
- Support end-to-end process automation, integrations, and reporting solutions.
- Develop test cases, conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide user training.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Ensure ERP compliance with SOX, GAAP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams in IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to optimize ERP performance and functionality.
Qualifications:
- 8 - 10 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst with a focus on O2C, P2P, and manufacturing modules.
- Strong experience with ERP systems such as Infor XA, Epicor, Oracle ERP, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Solid technical background with SQL, relational databases, and data analysis.
- Experience working with ERP integrations, APIs, and data migrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Understanding of supply chain, finance, and manufacturing processes in an ERP environment.
- Experience in system configuration, process automation, and reporting tools.
- UAT testing.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
Desired qualifications:
- Experience with Infor XA, Epicor, or Oracle ERP systems.
- Knowledge of EDI transactions related to O2C and P2P.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
Salary : $55 - $59
