Our direct client is looking for an INFOR ERP - Supply Chain and Workforce Management - Business Process Management & Re-Engineering Consultant with related experience in Government sector for a Remote contract position (client is in Concord NH).

JOB DESCRIPTION :

IMPORTANT NOTES - Read Carefully :

  • This position is for a Business Process Management and Re-engineering Analyst with SPECIFIC experience related to Government Supply Chain AND Workforce Management.
  • Candidates MUST HAVE specialized experience IN THE GOVERNMENT SECTOR with business process management and re-engineering for BOTH Supply Chain AND Workforce Management to qualify for consideration.
  • Supply Chain and Workforce Management - Purchasing (Goods and Services), Vendor Management, Time and Attendance, Staff Scheduling.

INFOR ERP system is used by the client and candidates MUST HAVE specific experience working in detail with INFOR ERP specifically to be considered for this role.

LOCATION :

Position can be fully remote OR onsite. You will need to note your candidate's preference in the "Questions" section of the submittal. Remote candidates must be located within the US while working under the contract.

Position Overview :

The Government Supply Chain and Workforce Management Business Process Management and Re-Engineering Analyst is expected to successfully :

  • Work directly with department contacts to understand business needs, propose solution options, and draft functional solution specifications.
  • Work hand-in-hand with DHHS business users and IT to identify customizations and personalization supporting the evolution of a stable, highly functional ERP environment.
  • Investigate, analyze, communicate, and document business processes and business requirements.
  • Support product customizations, modifications and related consulting / training activities surrounding Infor applications (and related third party) technologies and tools.
  • Act as the business representative to ensure all planned INFOR changes are compatible with department workflows and business requirements.
  • Research solutions using the INFOR support portal and community and provide results to IT and business SMEs.
  • Develop ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc and or formal application training to department users.
  • Help plan data migrations, data cleansing and validation.
  • We are looking for one position, focused on Supply Chain and Workforce Management. The position can start as soon as possible. The prospective candidate must possess specialized training in Supply Chain and Workforce Management - Purchasing (Goods and Services), Vendor Management, Time and Attendance, Staff Scheduling and Acuity Scheduling.
  • SKILL MATRIX :

  • Business Systems Analyst Supporting Government Supply Chain AND Workforce Management - Required
  • Experience as a Business Systems Analyst SPECIFICALLY in a government sector environment - Required
  • Experience specifically working with INFOR ERP solutions as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant - Required
  • Experience configuring and supporting INFOR applications such as Supply Chain, Workforce Management, and Distribution / Requisition Orders. - Required
  • Record of success w / problem solving, demonstrated by an ability to troubleshoot INFOR business problems and identify solution options & alternatives. - Required
  • Experience analyzing, designing and directing the reporting needs for Supply Chain and Time Management - Required
  • Experience analyzing, documenting, and designing interfaces for third party systems integrating into the Infor ERP utilizing Infor standard API’s - Required
  • Experience with Birst Reports, INFOR update methodologies, data refresh and validation. - Plus to have
  • Experience with INFOR Warehouse Management System - Plus to have
  • Exceptional communication skills required. - Required

    Question 6 : Remote candidates must be located within the US and must be able to work on the State of NH's Eastern Time Zone business hours. The candidate must be able to participate in web / video meetings as needed while remote. Please confirm you have discussed these requirements with the candidate and they accept the requirements.
