Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting the overall HR operations. Duties
- Administer HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to maintain employee records and data integrity.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
- Perform double entry bookkeeping and assist with general ledger reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support general ledger accounting processes, including tracking debits and credits.
- Utilize accounting software for various HR-related financial transactions.
- Assist in the implementation and management of Kronos for timekeeping and attendance tracking.
- Utilize UltiPro for payroll processing and employee data management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide support in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining personnel files.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with Kronos and UltiPro is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of double entry bookkeeping principles and general ledger accounting practices.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using accounting software for financial tasks related to HR functions.
- A background in human resources or related fields is preferred.
