Direct supervision: Construction supervisors and/or contracted supervisors.
Indirect supervision: All contractor management personnel, varying in number up to 400 individuals.
RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: Frequent contact with Directors, Project/Construction Manager and all levels of employees within Electric Delivery
Education
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required: 8 years related work experience in Energy Delivery operations, maintenance, or directly related field.
Required: 3 years of supervisory experience or leading complex leadership assignments.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA)

Respond to project needs with 24/7 coverage, Travel from home office to TEC’s Distribution facilities on a frequent basis. Working outdoors in hot, humid, wet and/or cold conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ REQUIREMENTS
Travel, including occasional air travel, required. Ability to obtain a passport. Walking, bending, climbing stairs throughout the work day. Must be able to work from elevated platforms (fall protection required)
Must have flexibility to crawl in and out of tight confined areas (confined space requirements).
