Position : Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Family Practice
Location : Blaine, WA 98230
Duration : 02 / 10 / 25 - 04 / 30 / 25
Pay : $80 - 85 / hr (potential to include travel)
Schedule : 06 : 30 am – 5 pm (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs) - 40 hours weekly
Overview : Mid-level provider for Primary Care Location, Acute Episodic and Chronic condition management, annual physicals, etc. Other staff include 2 Medical Assistants (front desk), a PA, and an HCM / Registered Nurse
Essential Requirements :
Primary / Occupational Care employee clinic
EPIC experience is a PLUS
Must have an active NP / PA License in Washington
Must have an active BLS from AHA or be willing to obtain post offer
DEA License preferred
Must have a clean background
