About the Role :
We are seeking a Salon Customer Service Manager to join our team at TEEZ Hair Studio in Highland Village, TX. As a key member of our salon, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Manage salon reception and ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Oversee appointment scheduling and client communication
- Train and supervise salon receptionists and customer service staff
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with salon stylists and staff to ensure smooth operations
- Previous experience in salon or customer service management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of salon operations and customer service best practices
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
- Salon Experience preferred but not an active cosmetologist
