Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Process invoices for customers and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Make collection calls to customers for outstanding payments, keeping records of communication.
- Pay office bills and ensure that accounts are up-to-date.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring common areas and workstations are tidy.
- Aid in ordering office supplies and materials as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide general administrative support to staff as requested.
- Perform other office assistant duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher is a plus).
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling invoices and payments.
- Strong customer service skills for answering phone calls and emails.

Physical Requirements:

Pay: $15.80 - $17.00 per hour
