- Creates and manages the right oversight structure for each project.
- Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Leads the planning, organizing, and implementing technical projects across IT, business and functional units.
- Develops and manages project budgets with transparent communication on changes to project steering teams, management etc.
- Ensures allocation of resources to projects and actively manages workload of team in coordination with IT, business and functional leaders.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Proactively and effectively communicates with stakeholders on project progress, resourcing, roadblocks, risks, production release timelines etc.
- Ensures delivery of projects on time and within budget. Uses IT project management tools appropriately and creates transparency on project progress and performance.
- Proactively supports the Project Delivery team by gathering, analyzing, and reporting IT metrics.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
- Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Role Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field required
- Master's degree in computer science or a related field preferred
- 10 or more years of work experience as an IT Project Manager required.
- Experience with diverse projects of increasing complexity and scope required.
- Experience leading cloud migrations or ERP implementations preferred.
- Candidates with willingness and ability to lead projects across multiple functions and businesses preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background investigation
- Valid Driver's License
- Current on all company required safety and regulatory training
- Detail oriented, analytical and well organized
- Strong problem solving, written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent judgement and self-motivation.
- Ability to work well independently or with a team.
- Strongly developed organizational and time management skills with the ability to move a project from design to adoption.
- Training and expertise in change management preferred.
- Demonstrated prior experience and ability to learn the business, organizational dynamics etc. required.
