The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the molding process, including managing mold change teams, supervising process technicians, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong understanding of mold design, injection/compression molding processes, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cycle times, reduce waste, and enhance overall process efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting molding process issues and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
