Production Team Member: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Member to join our team at Teijin Automotive Technologies. As a Molding, Bonding and Finishing employee on all shifts, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to our company's success. Your responsibilities will include producing parts by loading molding material into presses using standardized work instructions, starting machines, monitoring operations, and recording operational data. Additionally, you will perform detailed dimensional inspection of work product to identify potential defects and prepare molded components for prime and paint operations, including de-flashing and detailing to customer specifications through the use of hand and/or power tools. You will also notify your Supervisor when defects exceed acceptable limits or when major equipment malfunctions occur.
