Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Support Professional to join our team. As an onsite support technician, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring security compliance, and resolving service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 25-30 technicians across locations.
- Manage reporting of SLAs, adherence to SLA and contracts.
- Manage shift and shift planning, including on-call rosters.
- Enable the team with training and development.
- Evaluate and ensure sufficient inventory levels across locations.
- Ensure all service requests and incidents are resolved before agreed service levels.
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in service delivery and end-user hardware and software configuration troubleshooting. They should be proficient in various desktop systems, operating systems, and technical environments.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in Windows Operating Systems, MS Office, VPN, local and network printing, notebooks, and mobile devices.
- CompTIA A certification or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service orientation and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to install software and troubleshoot a wide range of applications.
- Flexible to travel to remote sites or clusters.
- Able to lift weights up to 30lbs at waist level.
