Job Description
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Looking for a BA needs to focus on data and analytics what that translates to is focused not just reporting needs but interactive data sets. Interactive dashboards, what are we really talking about? Specific data set and mind set.
- Filter hard - find someone that has worked with data engineering and ingestion teams. Only one half or side of the quarter is how the data gets presented and get meaningful for the business. Other side of the coin, the data may not reside or be sourced in the shape and form it needs to be presented. The data being sources and the data being presented - the full life cycle and work with the business and the other side the engineering to deliver the outcomes.
- Strongly desired multi-family real estate experience and exposure. In real estate there is commercial like offices or retail like malls or industrial warehouses but than our residential side is more apartments and needing the more multi-family side. A good marry working with a company like RMR on the multi-family side and having the data conversations. Make it valuable and the ramp up is shorter.
- CRM financials - exposure could be help and understanding of the business is more important.
- Familiar with the business and how it works
- 3-5 years of experience.
