Job Description
- Assist with developing business requirements in Salesforce.
- Build functionality to enable the creation of new journeys.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio.
- Develop and manage email campaigns, including responsive email templates.
- Use AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), SQL, and HTML/CSS to create customized email templates, SMS messages, and landing pages.
- Create and manage data extensions and data filters to segment audiences and target campaigns.
- Design and maintain workflows in Automation Studio to automate processes such as file transfers, data extractions, and sending Emails/SMS.
- Develop and manage CloudPages for landing pages, microsites, and forms in Web Studio.
- Design, configure, and automate journeys using Journey Builder.
- Create and manage automated SMS campaigns, including Opt-in/Opt-out processes.
- Manage day-to-day operational needs in Salesforce.
- Assist with data integration and platform builds.
- Build and edit code in Salesforce and test new functionality.
- Create and manage dashboards.
- Manage and create custom applications and automate business processes via Salesforce.
- Create and manage workflow rules and use Salesforce
- Lightning.
- Monitor and debug deployment tools.
- Manage communication between different systems using web services.
- Support testing, including Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and provide guidance on maximizing system potential.
- Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns adhering to Protected Health Information (PHI) and CAN-SPAM regulations, including managing unsubscribe mechanisms and ensuring accurate sender information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in campaigns, journeys, and automation workflows.
- Manage user access and permissions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Interact with staff, team members, all levels of management, and internal/external organizations.
