Key Responsibilities
- Develop Teamcenter PLM solutions tailored to product design and manufacturing processes, including bill of materials, change management, classification, and process planning.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Teamcenter PLM architecture and Active Workspace (AWC) implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify opportunities for solution enhancements.
- Document solution proposals, specifications, and use case scenarios.
- Define and implement custom solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Develop PLM access rules and data security solutions.
- Utilize Java and C/C programming languages alongside Siemens Teamcenter PLM APIs and related application frameworks.
- Engage in Rich Client, Server, and Utility development.
- Ensure timely delivery of design, development, testing, and deployment activities as per project plans.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior Teamcenter developers.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Teamcenter-based content management, supplier collaboration, CAD integrations, T4S/T4EA integrations, and service lifecycle management.
- 10-13 years of relevant experience in PLM solution development.
- Proven ability to work in an Agile software development environment and effectively engage with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
