Job Overview
Our client is embarking on a global initiative to transform our website experiences. This role will be responsible for driving and managing the re-platforming of our client websites built on various content management systems to the Adobe Experience Manager platform. Delivering a consistent and world class online experience is a key outcome.
Primary responsibilities include developing the strategy and executing the roadmap to re-build websites supporting customers in all regions. You will be working in close collaboration with the digital marketing teams in a dozen regions, IT teams and vendors to develop and execute website migrations. A foundational knowledge of business objectives, our digital channels and Adobe AEM capabilities will be critical for facilitating the website re-build process and delivering a consistent online experience for customers in all markets.
Manage and drive the migration of our client's websites onto Adobe AEM CMS and DAM
Work closely with regional teams to understand the scope of their website functionality and requirements to develop a detailed website migration project plan, timeline and resource plan
Organize and facilitate discussions between regional digital marketing, IT and vendors
Serve as subject matter expert for leveraging Adobe AEM CMS and DAM
Drive alignment on information and content architecture across websites, as well as the adoption of a common taxonomy and meta tag schema
Guide integrations between our client source systems needed to deliver the online experience
Prepare and host regular reports outs covering strategy, roadmap, progress and performance against KPIs
Capable of working flexible hours to host meetings which accommodate European and Asia working hours
Key Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute website re-build projects aligned with business priorities and timelines
Identify regional website requirements and future feature needs
Support the setup and configuration of Adobe AEM CMS and DAM to meet the needs for each regional digital marketing team
Facilitate and drive the setup of website migration project plans in ADO defining each website migration epic, feature and user story
Guide the setup of regional, multi-lingual product catalogs in Informatica PIM P360
Guide the setup of web forms with Adobe Forms, as well as support form integrations
Guide the setup and configuration of Adobe Analytics
Ensure SEO best practices are being met and considered during the build process

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of website management experience in a B2B and B2C marketing department preferably in a corporate environment
Minimum of 2 years with hands on experience using content management systems and digital asset management systems
Experience implementing on-site personalization based on a user's profile settings
Experience implementing A/B testing
Experience with website analytics and reporting
Experience with building lead generation processes, from lead capture all the way to qualification and opportunity management
Experience working with international marketing teams
Familiar with UX best practices, landing page creation, responsive design and mobile first layouts
Familiar with usability testing practices and methodologies
Familiar with HTML/CSS
Excellent project management and communication skills
Strong organizational and presentation skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities, present, and share strategies, working across organizational teams to deliver results.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00

Retirement savings contributions/matches are immediately vested.
o The company matches $0.50 of every pretax and/or Roth dollar you contribute, up to 6% of your pay. You are immediately vested in your contributions and the company match.
o Employees receive a fixed company contribution of 5% of pay. All company contributions are immediately 100% vested.
PTO time - full 15 days 13 holidays
