Job Description
An IT Support Specialist is needed to:

• Provide technical and analytical support for internal and external customers.
• Assist with creating, maintaining, and using spreadsheets and/or database tools to effectively analyze and report results for various IAM processes.
• Participate in ongoing meetings with business trading partners to educate on IAM principles and work jointly to improve operational efficiencies within the IAM program.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies and procedures.
• Work with a team to ensure that the right people have access to the right resources.
• Participate in the planning and execution of IAM projects and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IAM.
• Perform daily health checks in IAM solutions for provisioning failures, data corrections, etc.
• Maintain documentation for the IAM program.
• Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent data analytic skills, leveraging MS Office tools such as MS Excel.
• Ability to build reporting data to understand data patterns and identify improvement areas.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
