We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless customer service.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to management on customer issues and trends.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call center operations preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
